Amit is working as a Senior Consultant in Oracle CGBU’s Consulting Group and has 5+ years of total IT
experience. He has been working on Oracle AIA from past 2.6 years and has very good understanding of
Oracle Fusion Middleware and AIA’s integration with other components of the Oracle Communications
Stack (CRM, OSM & BRM). He has extensive international exposure on the installation, implementation
and customization of AIA 2.4 Communication PIPS (O2B and AABC) on SOA 10g, third party payment
and notification systems integration for one of the biggest telecom service provider in Middle East. He has
also worked on customized middleware integrations with HP’s MNP Gateway, POS and KIOSK systems.
He has hands on expertise in coding, implementation, integration and support phases of software

2. EBPP – Electronic Bill Payment and Presentation: This
module allowed the customers to view their current and
historical bills, download their bills and schedule payments
from their user profile. Amit was mostly involved in the E-
Payments flows where he had enhanced the Payment
Interfaces to accept ACH, Debit and Credit Card Payments
using SOAP/HTTPS web services with various payment
gateways. He had also suggested to the business and
implemented Future Dated payments and Split Payments for
customers having bad credit history for which the client
awarded him in the category of Business Excellence.
