Overview

East Lansing based Optometrist since 1995. Unique experience includes being

selected for pioneering role as first ever Managing Optometrist/Location

General Manager in the Lenscrafters organization. Also, served as

contributing developer, facilitator, and coach of improved patient centered

exam experience initiatives for both Lenscrafters and later Pearle Vision

North America. Strengths include: staff motivation and development,

clinical excellence, and patient satisfaction results.

Community involvement includes East Lansing Community Relations and

Community Development Commissions. Appointed to the State of Michigan Board

of Optometry in 2006 and elected Chairperson in 2012. Currently owns and

operates Thompson Eyecare in East Lansing, established in 2010.
