by engaging the former Mayor to handle the permitting process through

Coordinated all construction activities for 2 million sq. ft. of a new
medical building, parking structure (1,000 Stalls), and retrofit of
existing outdated mechanical critical systems. Assured regulatory agency
compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, OSHPD, and SCAQMD. Budget of $4.5 Million
annually.
. Saved the medical center $500,000 while changing out 14 100-ton HVAC
