Construction Manager

Led construction and consulting services on company construction program in

Los Angeles, CA stores. Maintained corporate quality construction tenant

improvement and cost standards. Controlled cap-ex expenditures for new

stores and all remodeled projects. Annual budget $60 million.

. Identified building / business risks during store re-design to develop

new construction productivity changes in the schedule, thereby

escalating stores opening date by 40 working days which saved the

Saved 9 months within the City bureaucracy and $1 million in City fees

by engaging the former Mayor to handle the permitting process through

the City.

Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA 1999 - 2001

Consultant, Construction / HVAC / Refrigeration

Coordinated all construction activities for 2 million sq. ft. of a new

medical building, parking structure (1,000 Stalls), and retrofit of

existing outdated mechanical critical systems. Assured regulatory agency

compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, OSHPD, and SCAQMD. Budget of $4.5 Million

annually.

. Saved the medical center $500,000 while changing out 14 100-ton HVAC

units one unit at a time. Hospital was free of ANY complaints.

TICKETMASTER INC., West Hollywood, CA 1996 - 1999

Directed facilities requirements and construction logistics for

Ticketmaster locations globally. Handled acquisition, disposition,
