assignment.

Lead and directed day to day operations for the Southeast Region, servicing 7,000 employees in 8 states
(VA, MD, DC, NC, PA, KY, IL, TN). Developed bargaining strategy and negotiated labor agreement with
the United Steelworkers and SEIU. Designed and instructed supervisory/management employee relations
processes to enhance workforce excellence. Mentored the development of region business office/human
resources representatives. Led, developed and implemented conflict resolution through labor/
management council.

leadership development program.

Manager in later part of 2006. This included 12 stores with an employee population of
1,530 with 11 Store Human Resource Managers, 12 Schedulers, and 3 District Field
