Lead Superintendent

Oversaw facility, hardscape, and landscape construction for national

developer/general contractor specializing in luxury urban apartment

complexes. Coordinated site deliveries and material storage. Supervised up

to 60 persons per project, including trades. Managed all safety operations.

Liaison to utility and city agencies. Monitored budgets and project

quality. Led weekly meetings. Updated schedules.

Selected Projects & Accomplishments:

. Directed construction of amenity areas, common areas, and 7-level

elevated parking structure for 660,000 sq. ft., 310-unit, 11-story

residential high-rise in Charlotte, NC. Project totaled $4M.

o Completed project ahead of schedule, even with portions performed

during winter months.

o Supervised trades during interiors build-out for top 6 levels of high-

Senior Land Manager DE / Residential Project Superintendent

Managed 8 separate projects for developer of high end residential

subdivisions. Administered prime contracts, serving as Project Manager and

Superintendent. Carried out design and build of custom homes ranging from

$1M to $3M, as well as various amenities. Prepared work orders and

authorized payments to subcontractors. Supervised up to 60 subcontractors.

Created scope of work bid packages.

assisted-living and retail complex with 2-level pedestal parking structure.

Oversaw project from initial land development through to punch list

completion. Approved sub-contractors. Performed estimating.

. Brought in $9M in new business by developing local brand recognition and

getting company on short list for additional local projects.

. Improved efficiency of subcontractor pre-qualification by creating
