Mr. Stinnett has over *7 years of diverse leadership experience supervising and overseeing projects with both union and non-union craft personnel in the environmental, radiological, construction, demolition, and geotechnical field as well as in manufacturing plant maintenance and operations. Mr. Stinnett has supervised operations and performed oversight and project management and support of projects ranging in value up to $51M with crew sizes up to 245.

Mr. Stinnett has extensive radiological and environmental management experience in remedial action (RA), decontamination and decommissioning (D&D) oversight, and construction design and cost estimating support for federal agencies. He has demonstrated experience working within controlled regulatory environments and ensuring the implementation of safe work practices without compromise. D&D of existing shoring systems of elevator housing and installation of new rock anchors, and new concrete walls. Provided Site access control during off hours.

Center Hill Dam. Soil nailing walls - Responsible for assigning tasks, testing of anchors, application of shotcrete, crew safety, and material procurement.

Burgess Falls Dam - Chemical grout of concrete fractures preventing further erosion and dam failure. Determined grouting injection points, grout quantities and flow rates. Responsible for site safety.
