IMART / IRP360 portal is an analytical reporting application designed to

provide "single version of truth" to business defined

management reporting KPIs that are specific to Mobility Usage, Operator

Analysis, Sales and Distribution analysis, Revenue

Bad Debt Analysis.

< Implementation of Solution using Business Objects XI rel3 as reporting

interface.

< Solution is implemented with Data Security as per User's Profile.

< The Execution of report uses an approach of BOXIR3 i.e Profile and

Publication, in which number of database hits / number of queries

executed per report are minimized, to reduce server loads and improve

performance.

< Multiserver Deployment with CMS on DB2 and BOBJ on AIX.

Business Analytics - DWH:

This project has become a lifeline for business for decision making

/Reporting / Segmentation/ MAPA Reporting/ Campaign Management. The system

is the largest implementation of data warehouse of about 150TB in Asia

Pacific. It is a centralized implementation for all business departments

which supports daily ingest of around 1TB and processing around 4Bn Records

per day.

This project was delivered in 4 Phases:

< Phase 1 - Usage Analytics for Prepaid/Postpaid Subs, Revenue for Prepaid,

Segmentation.

< Phase 2 - Revenue Analytics for Postpaid, QRC Analytics for pre/post,

retailer information etc.

< Phase 3 - Datamarts on top of warehouse like iMart, EIS, CLM, and CSD.

< Phase 4 - VAS Analytics.

ETL HUB:

This project was initiated as CTO initiative to reduce the ETL processing

of CDR's multiple times. In the past year has 100% growth in data volumes.

It requires improved ETL tool to handle the future growth of data. ETL Hub

was implemented using IBM Info sphere Stream technology.

This project was delivered in 4 Phases:

< Phase 1 - Online Loading of Mediated CDRs.

< Phase 2 - Online loading of Prepaid Rated CDRs.

< Phase 3 - Loading of Telemedia Voice, DSL, ILD-NLD streams.

< Phase 4 - Processing of Post mediated Intec Telemedia and Mobility

Streams.

Data Mining SPSS:

IBM Business Analytics software delivers complete, consistent and accurate

information that decision-makers trust to improve business performance. A

comprehensive portfolio of business intelligence, advanced analytics,

financial performance and strategy management and analytic applications

gives you clear, immediate and actionable insights into current performance

and the ability to predict future outcomes. Model build - Churn Predation,

Upsell/Cross sell Segmentation.

CLM-Customer Life-Cycle Management:

CLM is a closed loop system that allows deployment of, for example, a

campaign, automatic tracking of the responses for market insight, and

automatic provisioning of services desired by the subscriber. CLM received

CIO award for innovation, it helped Airtel increase revenue uplift up to 5%

from existing subscriber base.

3G Implementation for Airtel India:

3G allowed users to access internet with a speed up to 7.2 mbps on their

mobile phones. Scope of the project was to provision 3G service on HLR &

PCRF along with enhancements on CRM GUI.

Upgrade for E/// switch/CDR formats (CS3 to CS4):

Ericsson upgraded their switches & CDR formats to support new DA accounts

and to publish more detailed information. Scope of project was to upgrade

the complete provisioning & CRM GUI system to be able to accept new CDR

formats from E/// switches.

LTE(4G) implementation for Airtel India:

Scope of the project was to provision 4G (data speed up to 21 Mbps) service

on HSS & PCRF along with enhancements on CRM GUI.

Responsibilities:

< Managed the digitization / transition initiatives for the Business Units

and involved in workflow/application design/re-design for existing

processes as well as new transitions.

< Reviewed & tracked all IT projects/Transitions and reporting monthly

dashboards to management indicating overall IT status, KPIs.

< Assisted the Business Unit for creating RFI/RFP responses for Banking

Financial Services & Insurance domains, and also designing IT & business
