• Manage the process of tier assortment through extended and adapted product selection.

• Partner with Visual Communication team to document all presentations and communicate all

scenarios needed to effectively map each store.

• Coordinate with marketing on all in-store set ups including positioning/size of all promotional

marketing along with any new packaging, fit/outfitting media, and seasonal props.

• Responsible for providing e-commerce team with seasonal direction; ensure communication of

new trends and color direction order to achieve the brand image on corporate website.

• Audit presentation execution at local stores on a weekly basis in addition to monthly store audits

alongside senior management teams.

• Manage the growth of one direct report; consistently build and maintain relationships with cross-

functional partners.

• Actively shop and research competitive businesses to develop creative ideas that translate to

A&F including merchandising, fixturing, styling, props and marketing solutions.

• Established a process for opening multiple new stores, utilizing calendar dates and setting

timelines used by various departments in order to meet strict deadlines efficiently.

for in store presentation.
