ADVANCED AUTOMATION SYSTEM BARRICK GOLD MARATHON ON 2013 – 2014
Accountable for the safe and effective operation of mine site’s Advanced Auto mation System, which includes: logic
control of up to three autonomous underground haulage trucks from a surface control room, while simultaneously
scheduling and distributing the separate ore flow from up to seven other manned trucks
Provided an extreme level of attention to details while multi-tasking and communicating effectively to all levels of the
organization; responsible for up to 100% of all underground ore flow, which was vital to the success of the mine site
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT COACH BARRICK GOLD MARATHON ON 2011 – 2013
Responsible for analyzing all organizational processes to identify improvement opportunities that focused on
reducing costs and/or increasing production, then training and leading effective teams to achieve and sustain
improvements
Charged with managing special project across the mine site and reporting improvement results to operations and
