I reported to the vice president of construction services with full profit & loss responsibility. Project management of multiple

concurrent ($4MM $80MM) dollar range projects utilizing architectural and structural precast concrete building components

used in constructing prestressed and precast concrete parking garages, sports stadiums, schools, municipal waste water

treatment plants, college dormitories, hospitals, government projects and hotels. With a staff of five (5) direct reports in

project management and field operations, managing design built projects being designed, engineered, materials

procurement produced and shipped from multiple engineering, production and shipping locations in the Northeast, Mid

Atlantic, Midwest and Canada with project erection locations in New York, New Jersey, Eastern Pennsylvania, Delaware

and Maryland.

I was promoted from Senior Project manager to Director of Project Management after 18 months of service with the

company. The first corporate manager to complete training and acquire his LEED accreditation for a corporate sponsored

LEED green building initiatives. I trained 2 new junior project manager employees to assist in the business expansion from

Managed multiple ongoing architectural & structural precast concrete projects in the ($300K $3MM) dollar range, with a

multiple ongoing projects. I initiated and provided project master schedules to the general contractors with projects

scheduled values and had the responsibility for monthly pay applications and collections. Met with owners, architects,

engineers and general contractors, construction managers in a design build environment. I assisted in the engineering and

design phase of projects, to help steer design professionals to cost effective & efficient use of structural and architectural

prestressed precast concrete elements, for use in parking garages, commercial, industrial, hospital, retail, residential, and

education structures. I provided and explained details and coordinated the work activities for all steps In the construction

process through estimating, bid proposals, reviewed project specifications, contract negotiations, engineering, drafting,

submittals, RFI’s, change orders, subcontracts, as builds, closeout, and warranty.

negotiated all erector subcontractor contract agreements to supplement in house personnel erection work forces. I

I was responsible for architectural & structural precast concrete projects ($1M $8M range) sales, estimating, project

management, completing quantity takeoffs and budgets for multiple ongoing projects. I provided accounting and general

contractors in a design build environment. I assisted design professionals in designing cost effective & efficient parking

Responsibilities for Project management, quality control, production, operations, central dispatch, estimating and

maintenance for two concrete plants, producing significant volumes of concrete for numerous types of precast products

Streamlined Operations and quality control departments to improve production efficiency and decrease overhead costs. I

coordinated all plant equipment replacements and / or upgrades. Reviewed project specifications for upcoming project bids
