employees and accounts. Sold building maintenance accounts. Provided

direction to carpet cleaning employees and worked directly with customer

accounts to ensure maintenance needs were being met.

Additional background:

Previous work experience in facilities maintenance and restoration

services. Negotiated many large building maintenance contracts. I was

a very successful commercial sales representative. I accomplished this

through unorthodox and unpolished methods. I listened to the client

and took note of the areas that were of particular importance. I

ensured that the client was always happy by staying up late and going

to job sites to supervise and assist the janitors cleaning the

account. I made sure no details were missed. This was not customary in

the commercial janitorial sales industry. Most sales representatives

never got their hands dirty, went home at 5 and never bothered to

check if the job was being done right.
