Facility Manager

Maintain the facility, complete maintenance of building, grounds and all associated facilities, to meet White Castle, FDA,

USDA, SQF standards.

Manage a maintenance coordinator and their associated activities. Oversee parts inventories.

Develop and improve safety for the facility and contribute to the Safety Team.

Work with Safety Coordinator to continuously update procedures and processes to achieve safety goals. Effectively

communicate to all levels of team members that safety is priority.

Ensure maintenance team members comply with food safety, SQF, and GMP programs and policies.

Lead Service Mechanic

Liaison for maintenance Manager to Service Mechanics.

Guide /direct Service Mechanics during hours of production.

Assist Service Mechanics with tasks when needed.

Evaluate issues pertaining to maintenance, schedule with appropriate departments for needed repairs,

Train maintenance personnel on processing systems, machine setup, Periodic maintenance, and adjustments during

production.

Administer/update team members training on Safety, Food Safety, SQF

Service Mechanic

Electrical: AC/DC,servo motors, VFDs, controls troubleshooting, Euro drives.

Mechanical: Chains, Sprockets, Pullers, Bearings, gearboxes.

Hydraulics: Theories of operation, Maintaining/trouble shooting systems from 3hp 30gal. 800psi to 250hp 1200gal.

1100psi.

Pneumatics: Theories of operation, Maintain dual 175hp compressors/dryer/oil separating system.

Familiar with ammonia refrigeration theory systems.

Projects

Developing/maintaining/updating a maintenance information center (book form) with pertinent information on drive

adjustments, timing adjustments, teach in frame guides, how to and helpful information on drive cha nge outs and initial

programming.

Design/build electrical controls system to replace outdated equipment.

Design/build system to allow Quality Control to monitor the water purification system.

Design/build system to allow an operator to notify other effected operators of code changes and to have the

notification verified.
