QUALIFICATIONS

39 years in the construction industry, 28 of those years as a superintendent. Including accurate take

offs, schedules, buyouts, budgeting. Pre construction coordination, knowledge of civil construction,

structural concrete, tilt up, drilled piers, underground plumbing, electrical, flatwork, masonry, steel

fabrication, steel erection, structural stud steel framing, and aluminum wall and window/door

systems. Exterior finish systems. Interior framing, drywall systems and methods, interior finishes,

elevators, HVAC, electrical and fire protection systems.

Proficient computer skills: Primavera Sure Trak Scheduling P3, Prolog, Word, Works

On site supervision of contractors and sub contractors. Coordinate inspections with geotechnical

services and local government agencies having jurisdiction.

Effectively work with estimators, project managers, owners, architects, engineers, contractors,

inspectors, city officials, O.S.H.A. officials.
