funds, including: month-end and year-end close, general ledger review, tax
returns and audits, fund closings, consolidation of funds in compliance
with FAS 66, FIN 46 and ensure other tax and GAAP compliance including
Sarbanes-Oxley. Manage relationships with external auditors.
