Manage staff of four and responsible for all tax credit fund accounting for

over $1.8 billion in investments of 54 guaranteed and 26 non-guaranteed

funds, including: month-end and year-end close, general ledger review, tax

returns and audits, fund closings, consolidation of funds in compliance

with FAS 66, FIN 46 and ensure other tax and GAAP compliance including

Sarbanes-Oxley. Manage relationships with external auditors.

. Implemented procedures and obtained an 87% on time delivery of 80 fund

level partnership tax returns to investors by due date of March 15 which

entails collecting and reviewing over 830 property level partnership tax

returns. Designed and implemented all other policies and procedures for

with 8609's, tax credit compliance, recapture and other issues that
