DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Production Operations

• Technical Support 24/7 (Smart Card, ID Card Printer, Re-Transfer Printer, Laser Engraver).

• Responsible for day-to-day printing production in Licensing Departments (Lahore, Islamabad, Diplomat Enclave, Bank Al-Falah ltd ETC.)

• Responsible for stock from backend to end-user.

• Supervise the production team to produce and prioritize jobs in a timely manner.

• Work proactively with vendors to ensure continuous improvement and optimal production solutions for new and existing marketing materials and concepts.

• Monitor quality, accuracy and timeliness of all orders to ensure customer commitments are met through production of high quality material and service.

• Outsource print management responsibilities to customers as necessary.

• Organize workflow according to workload to complete assigned jobs.

• Prepare, update and communicate the production schedule.
