JOB DESCRIPTION:
. The QA will fill an essential role in the monitoring and advancement
of our safety and quality programs. Through daily process checks as
well as short and long term projects, the QA will ensure the integrity
of each batch of food that we produce, so that customer can always
enjoy our product with full confidence and satisfaction.
. Prepared standard test report by analyzing collected data on specific
test
. Assisted in gathering data and analysis for constant quality
improvements.
. Responsible for inspecting shipments to ensure all parcels and pallets
are properly packaged for sales and distribution.
WORKING FIELDS:
. Releasing of finished goods disposition for all product including
Certificate of Analysis (COA) for food service customers.
. Conduct line checking and evaluation of in process and finished
product prior to release and warehouse distribution.
. Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating
Procedure (SOP) and food safety Program of the company.
. Sensory Evaluation
. Quality Assurance/control monitoring
. Laboratory analysis (include product analysis, HCCP and GMP)
