Brian Evans

Summary

Mr. Evans is a Solution Developer/Architect with experience in both

party administrator for the Bureau of Worker's Compensation several hundred

thousand dollars over the life cycle of the application. Language used:

Consulted and developed application in last stage before UAT. The Ohio

Protection Order Registry web-based application has been implemented using

inventory tracking, price book maintenance, customer quotes, point-of-sale,

Redesigned the previous site using Flash and php. PHP scripting allowed

use of dynamic content to simplify maintenance and provide this regional

band with exactly what they needed to schedule performances and upload new

images and song lists at their discretion.

This ASP.NET application utilizing C#.NET and SQL Server 2000 was fully

envisioned, designed, developed, implemented, tested and delivered by Mr.

Evans as his first serious professional development project. In the

challenging times just after 9/11 Mr. Evans sought out new opportunities

for himself and learned a great deal about the entire software development

life cycle from the perspectives of both developer and sales/service. This

application currently serves as a reference for the entire dealer network

affiliated with this wholesale footwear manufacturer. Through the use of

the sites reporting, credit card processing and dealer-only access areas,

dealers throughout North America can place orders on-line securely while

those not belonging to the dealer network can still peruse the newest

inventory without viewing dealer-only information.

Created a Flash based web portfolio for a small local media group. The

application used SQL Server 2000 to supply content dynamically and detail

information for the flash card style layout.
