Senior Metallurgist in charge of in-line induction hardening of axle shafts

functions in a 4000 sq-ft materials laboratory. Managed documentation and

issued metallurgical reports and responsible for the quality system in the

laboratory. Created and maintained the A2LA Quality Manual, provided all

necessary information for Management Reviews, responsible for laboratory

proficiency testing, ensure that corrective actions were implemented on

time, and wrote QS 9000 procedures. Supported Product Engineering test lab

and product development, supported Manufacturing Plants with detailed

technical analysis, failure/fracture and material analysis, assisted

Product Engineers on blue print specifications and notes, and trained new

employees.
