matching custom RGA Chests to new orders.

Diebold Incorporated- Process Engineer- Database Designs for Process

Improvements: (continued):

. Analyzed customer needs on installed CENCON electronic locks. Provided

process to establish data files from production PC equipment. Created

database to assimilate data from plants globally and provide to

installation coordinators. Resulted in improved quality, reduced cost by

eliminating 1 technician call to each machine and improved coordination

during field installation eliminating 10 day delay to request programmed

keys.
