Computer Operator:

Openview, Servers Alive, What's up monitoring, HP Data Protector,

SAP, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word, MS Excel, MS Access, Visio.

. Experience / knowledge of hardware platforms: HP servers, HP tape

library, SUN, NT, Novell, and Windows PC's.

Computer Center, responding to program error messages, identifying

an initial problem, solving and analyze production problems and
