Touchstone Wireless LP 6/06 to Present

Director of Operations - TN

Responsible for providing high volume remanufacturing of wireless product, and reverse logistics services to

Wireless Carriers, OEMs and Insurance Providers. Managed over 600 employees at 2 plants across multiple

programs; achieving revenues of over $5M a month with the best profit margin in the company for two years in a

row.

Radio Shack Services 2/01 to 6/06

Site Service Manager – TX

Primary responsibilities were to manage a wireless remanufacturing facility imbedded within a corporate client’s

distribution center, and to manage the relationship with said client. Managed over 200 employees across

multiple programs; achieving revenues of over $1M a month, profitably.

Service Manager – FL

Complete responsibility for a Regional Center servicing the computer and consumer repair needs of Radio

Shack stores and their customers across 5 districts in South Florida, to include carry in and field service.

Recipient of “Manager of the Year” award in 2002, and 4 time recipient of “Manager of the Month” award in 2003

before being promoted to the wireless service division.

Regional Account Manager – FL

Responsible for developing assigned territory in Southern Florida for AmeriLink, a cabling and wiring subsidiary

of Radio Shack. Successfully grew the company’s presence in the region with local government entities as well

as corporate clients before being promoted to management within the service division.

Agro-Media Publishing Co. 9/99 to 2/01

Operations Manager – FL

Primary responsibility was for the readiness of trade shows and membership drives. Broad scope of

responsibility included the support of office and field operations, as well as company publications and sales
