Professional Experience

Alternative Service Concepts, LLC- July 2002 to 7/31/2010- Recently laid-

off due to client change from the office in Columbia SC. Working with a

designated unit for local client. Last completed assignment as Director of

Injury Management Programs- Memphis TN; Overseeing a staff of 7- including

five technical staff and two clerical. Maintain and control all office

functions including budget, facility, personnel, account relationships and

territory growth. Work in conjunction with corporate offices to meet

overall company and territory goals. Experience developed at ASC with

internal and external audit team, coordination with marketing team for

account presentation and launch, and moved four times to advance career and

meet company goals.

Farm Family Casualty Insurance Company- May 1996 to July 2002- Began career

as Worker's Compensation Adjuster. Handled claims in 8 states: NY, NJ, VT,

NH, CT, DE, MD and PA. Transitioned to combined PIP/WC adjuster and added

five states of PIP: NY, NJ, PA, MD and DE. In 1999 was promoted to WC

Supervisor, then Medical Claims Unit Manager in 2000. In 2001, became

Claims Investigation Specialist in the SIU specializing in Medical fraud

investigations.

GENEX Services, Inc. - July 1994 to July 1995- IME Manager: Recruited and

developed physicians network to provide IME services. Administered all

office personnel and functions in a remote office.

IME, Inc.- August 1993 to July 1994- Assistant Regional Manager:

Responsible for managing and staffing three satellite offices from Albany

NY. Worked closely with Regional Manager to recognize and avert potential

issues of corporate concern. Worked with satellite staff in each location

to control issues of local concern.

Progressive Companies- February 1991 to August 1993- No Fault Specialist-

Handled a NY PIP desk with average pending of 230 files. Experienced in NY

State PIP law, NY State vehicle and traffic law, medical terminology,

report interpretation, negotiation and arbitration skills.
