Supply Supervisor: Managed the Navy Operational Support Center’s budget of over $50,000

annualy. Managed over 300 purchases using the Governement Purchase Card with zero discrepances.

Tracked, received, and receipt all orders using Fast Data, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Used the Global

Supply Source for purchasing. Conducted buisness with several companies to ensure that the quality,

quanity, and pricing were sufficient for the budget. Supervised the Supply Technitions to ensure all

material were issued and accounted for with 100% accuracy. Contracted out with hotels and restaurants to

get the Naval Reservist the most adequate places to sleep and eat for the monthly drill weekends. Ordered

numorous medical supplies so the Navy Operational Support Center would be medically ready for

mobilizations.

Training Supervisor: Supervised and ensured that of the the Navy Operational Support

Center’s Reserist conducted the required Annual Training by budgeting over $500,000 annualy. Tracked

all travel orders and submitted all travel claims in a timely matter with 100% accuracy. Tracked usage of

every Naval Reservist travel cards to make sure it was being used for travel expenses only. Supervised

and administered all of the required General Military Training for all of the Navy Staff, and the Naval

Reservist to prepare them for mobilization.

*Job Experience: 2004-2008 Facilities Manager/Contracting OfficerUnited States Navy - Harlingen, TX

Facilities Manager: I tracked and managed all services calls for the Navy, Marines, and

Army. Negotiated with several contractors to have the Navy Reserve Centers roof replaced, all of the

carpet in the Navy and Marines offices replaced. I also had all of the ceiling tiles replaced, and floor tiles

replaced in the Army’s offices. I contracted out to have the whole parking lot repaved and stripped, and all

air conditioners through out the facility replaced. Worked with contractors to have a electronic security

gate, new security cameras, and monitors installed to help prevent terrorist attacks on the Naval facility.

Contracting Officer: Established a Government Purchase Card Program. Managed an

operational budget of over $100,000 annualy. Placed supply and medical orders using the Global Supply

Source. All orders were tracked, received, and all receipts were accounted for and logged on a microsoft

exel spreadsheet. I done a monthly reconciliation to ensure that every purchase made, and every dollar

spent was 100% accounted for. I had a tri-annual inspection conducted by our Reserve Rediness

Command and passed with zero discrepance.

Aviation Supply Clerk: Authorized and monitored the ordering of aviation parts for 4

squadrons in order to keep their aircrafts ready for flight by using Nalcomis. Kept track of all receipts

ensuring that all parts that was orderded was received and accounted for. Work as an Awaiting Parts

Manager. I screened every part that was delivered to my shop, and kept 100% accountability of over 65

million dollars worth of aviation parts. Picked up broken aviation parts from all of the squadrons and

took them to the Aviation Maintenance department for repairs. During my tri-annual inspection, had no

discrepance. Pulled security guard duties at the entrance gates to make sure that no unauthorized personel

would enter the premises.
