• Created and maintained a complex data base detailing sample procurement for several researchers involved in

basic, Investigational New Drug, Phase I and Phase II clinical trials.

• Resolved quality control issues concerning standards, solvents and consumables with manufacturers.

• Implemented GLP validation protocols for all equipment and detectors.

• Achieved and surpassed FDA guidelines for validating HPLC methods for precision and accuracy.

• Utilized both internal and external standardization for most assays.

• Routinely performed literature searches for suitable HPLC methods examining both extraction and

chromatography of these analytes combining when feasible two or more methods for best results.

• Utilized Waters pumps for isocratic and gradient analyses with Millennium Software, Thermo UV2000 and

Shimadzu UV/Vis detectors, Waters Fluorescence detector and BAS Electrochemical Detector- many times in
