8. Trouble shooting the issues with the help of tools like Putty, Looking

Glass, and MRTG Reports.

9. Working Experience on Juniper and CISCO routers and L3 Switches.

11Handling DHCP, DNS related issues for providing online support by

remotely accessing consumer premises Using NMS Telsima tool and Putty with
