constructed aircraft carrier George H.W. Bush. Assisted ship test manager
in the first non-nuclear test sequence network. Collected test sequence
data from chief test engineers and populating data into MS Project to
interface between production control and test engineering for delivery to

communications equipment. After 9/11 I was assigned to the safety
department where my responsibilities included electrical safety program
management, general safety training, inspections, and electrical shock
victim investigation reports. Instructed 2,300 newly reported personnel in
Shipboard Safety Fundamentals, and Respirator Fit Test. Conduct asbestos,
air, and sound tests; Wet Bulb Globe Temperature readings; and lead
samples. My additional duties included financial responsibilities for

supervised 26 personnel in the operation of defense satellite communication
systems (DSCS), Ku-band, C-Band, and Challenge Athena satellite access
terminal. In addition, I served as GMF coordinator, personnel financial
specialist, COMSEC equipment custodian, and CMS Keying material manager. A
seamless transition of trained personnel and equipment inventory while
outsourcing speaks for itself. My outstanding CMS handling had no
violations or discrepancies.
