SELECTED ACHIEVEMENTS & SKILLS
Led team through launch, recall and re-launch of long term care
technology product. Results included retaining all but two (2) customers
as well as over-achievement of adoption targets within first year of re-
launch.
Orchestrated turnaround of healthcare distribution business unit, nearly
tripling sales revenue and profits within three (3) years. Recruited to
serve as Director of Home Healthcare (HHC) of Cardinal's HHC business
unit (2000-2003), sales revenues increased from $53M to $155M / profits
grew from $4M to $14M over the same frame.
Generated nearly $ 25M of new business within four (4) years. Promoted
to National Account Manager at Smith & Nephew, charged with creating and
executing a new National Account program, focusing on Alternate Site,
Hospital/Acute and Rehabilitation key accounts. Matrix team achieved
minimum 32% growth each year vs. average company growth of 11%.
As Vice President of Cardinal Health Consumer Health (2003-2005), drove
double digit sales revenues and profits through strategic joint venture
to streamline communication and administration, reduced and streamlined
inventories through SKU rationalization project, increased alternate
source purchasing and created enhanced business relationships through
advisory boards and unique promotional programs.
