Experience
My 32 years of experience in construction have sharpened my knowledge on
scheduling and managing subcontractors and materials in a timely manner.
This has resulted in many jobs finishing below budget. I take pride in my
scheduling skills and my high standards of quality control that lead to
several well-run projects that finish before or as scheduled. I have
handled bid processes, proposals, contracts, material takeoffs and orders
as well as the procurement of permits, engineering services and testing
labs. My experiences in both residential and commercial fields have given
me the opportunity to perform survey work in combination with site and
building layout. Of the 17 years of supervision work, 7 years have been on
the road.
