Senior Product Support Specialist: Duties included taking a high

volume of calls on a daily basis. Assisting customers to facilitate

the use of the company's services and website. As a veteran member of

the support team I would handle a heavy workload and aid new team

members with complex issues. Hosted and prepared international

training webinars. Was assigned various "TLC" clients including

international accounts. Was a qualified Adjunct Professor for the

Company's training Program.

Accounting: Duties included making a high volume of monthly collection

calls. Maintaining assigned customer accounts. Assisting in billing
