M issouri from 02/10 to 06/10 in the fields of security and combat.
Learned to control egress to a detainment facility, and process
p risoners. Also learned how to perform a frisk and strip search. I can
effectively apply wrist and leg restraints and perform shakedowns and
n ightly checks of a prisoners cell. Also had extensive training with a
baton and qualified with a m9 pistol. Learned how to transport
p risoners/suspects and patrol specific areas. Also can perfrom
self-defense tactics and different types of handcuffing to suspects.
Learned how to communicate with suspects/prisoners and handle stressful
situations.

Worked as a busboy, dishwasher, and meat carver. Provided quality
customer service to all guests while performing duties. Duties included
slicing roast beef, ham and turkey. Taking apart and putting together
d ishwashing machine. Operating the dish room. Breading and gutting
chicken. Cleaning tables and bringing dishes from lobby to the kitchen.
A lso worked as a linestocker, stocking the buffet area with clean dishes
and utinsels for the guests.
