• Developed a 3 year technology transformation program / roadmap designed to reduce CAPEX spending

o Educated senior IT leaders in creating and documenting value proposition, with notable success in the approval of migrating 75% of production servers to Cloud / Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Led architects and engineers in the upgrade of major platforms:

• Microsoft Domain, DNS, DHCP and Windows 2003 upgrade to 2012 R2
