05 July 2011 to 20 November 2014. Sun Loan Company and Tax Services. St Louis, MO. I was the manager in an
office of eight employees. We had a two million dollar ledger and over 2500 accounts. This is the third largest
office in the company of 365 offices. I started with the company as an assistant manager in Festus Missouri
($1Million ledger and 1250 accounts); I received my promotion to the branch manager of the bigger office because
of the low delinquency and high profits that I produced on a regular basis. My duties including but not limited to,
answering the phones to approving loans, collecting delinquent accounts, skip tracing, marketing, and everything in
between. Salary $32,500 yearly plus monthly bonus.

I have been in customer service doing everything from a c-store clerk to owning my own business.
Personal Information:
I do not have a bad word to say about Sun Loan Co, except they do not have an office in Anderson, let alone in
Indiana where my daughter and grandchildren live. My husband has had three strokes since 2010 and will start
receiving his disability in December 2014. We need to be with our family. I stepped down from Sun Loan for
personal reasons. Coupled with the needs of my husband and autistic grandson, I need to be here in Indiana. I may
be over or under qualified for this position, but I am applying because it is a position that I know I can and want to
do.
