Mountain Praise Industries 2007-Present

General Manager - Responsible for all administrative duties for local

Trucking Company. Payroll, 941, EFTPS Federal Tax deposits, A/P, A/R,

licensing, permits, Quickbooks, Sales.

Safeway Distribution Center 1989-2010

Payroll Administrator - Process weekly payroll for 180 union employees

within the Trucking Department using Time and Attendance and CAMS (Carrier

Activity Management System). Correct errors. Calculate PT % and ensure

accurate flow of payroll information to Employee service Center within

deadlines.

Alaska Shipping Coordinator - Responsible for all Logistics for bi-weekly

shipments to Alaska. Processed vendor invoices, allocated charges per

store. Inventory control on all equipment and loads.

Backhaul Coordinator - Track and schedule all Purchase Orders from outside

vendors. Set up pick up dates and times.

Master Scheduler for Store delivery - Maintain and oversee delivery

schedules for all stores for set up for routing and dispatch.

Administrative - Executive assistant to Director of Distribution. Provided

extensive experience in all aspects and support of daily operational and

administrative functions of the 200 million dollar Distribution Center.

Responsible for maintaining confidential files such as union and vendor

contracts and negotiations, personnel files, reviews and corrective action

notices.

Human Resources - Responsible for New Hire Coordination including pre-

employment screening, badge processing, applicant flow and tracking,

prescreen of resumes and applications, prepared monthly and quarterly EEO

reports.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Washington State University.

Graduated with Honors, Minors in Health Education, Coaching, Dance and

Music.

Real Estate License-2004, Proficient in Microsoft Office, CPR/First Aid
