Current Project:
Construction of light weight Hexa-copter(UAV) using Kevlar and carbon fibre.
To construct the UAV and its complete assembly in low weight .Catia designed full size of
UAV fuselage was imported in IGES format to CNC machine for accurate shapes. Using Kevlar
and carbon fiber and epoxy resin the UAV fuselage is fabricated.

About the project:
Our aim was to reduce the noise from the nozzle by various design changes and to
optimize the chevron concept to save the life of jet engine and improve their efficiency
compared to existing model. Based on our analysis of the existing model we made
necessary changes and created new optimized model by fluid flow (CFD). Later we
compared our CFD nozzle with the existing nozzle and the results were commendable
and appreciated by our superiors.
