Hired as an M.I.W. (Manager in Waiting). Placed in Jared's Westminster
location after six weeks of training. The typical length of time as an
M.I.W. is 6 months. Responsible for all aspects of operations at this
location. I have recently been moved to D.M.I.W. (District Manager in
Waiting) and preparing for an opportunity for a District Manager position.
Currently, this location is running well above last year's sales figures
for this location and the only store in my district that is running an
increase over previous year's performance. Documentation verifying results
can and will be provided. I recently went on the President's Club trip for
top Performing General Manager's in Sterling. We have also had numerous
successful events, including Levian, and others. We were also the top
producing store in my district in sales of donations for St. Jude's

Transferred to Scottsdale as an Assistant Manager to steady a questionable
Management Team, I quickly took over as Store Manager after the stores
grand opening. After taking over as Store Manager, this location achieved
profitability faster than any other store in the company's history. I was
responsible for all aspects of Operations at this location. Accounting,
Human Resources, IT, Merchandising, etc. In the last two years of being
store manager in Scottsdale, I won Store Manager of the Year, both years.
That was the last time that this award was won back-to-back since I have
achieved it.

16% respectively.
