Regional Director of Operations Finance: 10/07 - Present
Responsible for Operational support for the Search, Display,
HotJobs, Small Business and Local Reseller Sales team by providing
direction and oversight of each business line. Partner with sales
leadership, Corporate Finance and Project Management teams to
gather insights across all data sources to drive decision making.
Develop and maintain the sales compensation plans to incentivize
the correct behavior of our sales team to drive revenue and
increase productivity.
. Partner with sales leadership of each business until in
order to build business cases to turn insights into
actions.
. Review qualitative data on opportunities, risks and upsides
to communicate revenue trajectory and trends to Yahoo's
CFO, EVP of Advertising and SVP of Sales.

. Developed a definition and framework for measuring Yahoo's
Performance Display business to allow for competitive
benchmarking.
. Integrated reporting for Right Media and Blue Lithium
acquisitions, tying together reporting and advertiser
metrics across disparate platforms.
Senior Manager of Operations Finance: 11/05 - 09/07
Direct management of a ten-person business unit, responsible for
the day to day operations of a $1.5B sales division that includes
budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, sales goal distribution,
analysis, and the evaluation of strategic initiatives.
. Created the three year business plan for the YSM Sales
division.
. Developed the sales headcount justification plans for 2007
and presented my results to the executive committee.
. Worked cross-functionally with finance and sales to develop
the '06 and '07 yearly revenue forecast.
