The McConnell Heart Health Center provides prevention, health and wellness
programming, wellness education and clinical services for the central Ohio
community. Big Red's Lodges are well-appointed guest lodges nestled in a
serene wooded location near the world-class health and wellness facilities
on the McConnell Heart Health Campus.
General Manager (12/07-Present)
This position directs all phases of a premier medical fitness center with
a resort like experience and executive level lodging. Fosters an
environment of "customer first," focused on exceeding member expectations
while managing 100 plus team members and meeting financial projections.
o Manages a medical fitness center with $24 million in annual gross
revenues.
o Graduate of OhioHealth's Leadership Enhancement and Development program
designed to identify and develop leaders who possess the potential for
rapid advancement.
o Developed a new retail focus on OhioHealth employee memberships that
increased those memberships by 46% with a financial impact of 2 million
dollars in the first year.

o Implemented a comprehensive strategy that increased cardiac
rehabilitation patient graduate transition to membership by 24% over 10
month period.

Director, Rivers Club, Pittsburgh, PA (06/04-06/06)
Served on the Club's Executive Team as the Director of Athletic Operations
at ClubCorp's flagship Business and Sports Club. The Director was
responsible for all athletic operations of an 110,000 square foot, multi-
functional, health club facility with 65 employees over 6,000 members and
an annual operating budget of five million dollars.
o Within first nine months revitalized ClubCorp's least profitable
athletic facility (with three years of previous losses) into the
company's most profitable athletic facility.
o Established new retail operations and revenue streams including opening
a retail shop, a new offsite sports performance business, special
events programming and corporate partnerships.
o Improved 2005 net operating margin by 41% over prior year and gross
revenue by 8%.
