maintenance labor for Hayes Wheels International, Inc.
> At Georgia Tech, I headed the team that developed a lunar construction
vehicle concept for NASA, which resulted in a published article on the

BOS is the worlds largest tier one manufacturer of Sun Protection Systems,
Cargo Covers, and Barrier Nets. BOS is a privately held, German company
with annual worldwide sales of over $520 Million. The North American
Operations are 450+ people, and sales of $70 Million per year.

Responsible for the success of the North America Operations Quality
System. Responsible for managing customer relations. Responsible for
providing advice and counsel to the Project Management and Engineering
activities in North America.

Hired by a European based multinational Tier 1 Automotive Supplier to
set up quality and engineering systems for the first North American
start-up of the international organization. Developed from grass
roots, the methods, systems, and solutions allowing this company to be
registered to all customer requirements paving the way for the awarding
of new business which pushed initial annual sales from $4.5 million to
over $40 million. As part of the management team responsible for the
company, additional accomplishments include:
. Attained QS-9000 certification for the US Manufacturing facility and
Engineering/Sales office;
. Implemented and managed Supplier Evaluation, Monitoring, and
Development System;
. Fostered Team environment for engineers and technicians that reported
to me;
. Developed, debugged and launched 8 major programs;
. Teamed with Sr. Vice President on sales presentation and technical

Hayes Wheels International, Inc. (Hayes Lemmerz Intl. Inc.) 10/93 - 4/96
Hayes Wheels was, in 1996, the largest U.S. tier one supplier of wheels to
the automotive industry. The Aluminum Wheels Group supplied all of the
major automotive companies with gravity cast aluminum wheels.

Developed and directed the implementation of Business Systems which
attained QS-9000 for multi-location automotive manufacturing
corporation.
. Lead and coordinated standardization in Systems throughout this 5
plant - nationwide corporation with over 1200 employees in this

. Monitored the performance of Business Systems for all manufacturing
locations to assist management in meeting division goals
. Worked as Liaison with outside Registrars to ensure the compliance
