. At a Tier 1 Welding plant, delivered a $35MM Expansion Project on time,

on budget and on the leading edge of technology for robotic welding.

This Project tripled output with only 25% of the original labor.

. Spearheaded a lean renovation at a Mexican automotive supplier which

improved Quality and eliminated muda, reduced direct labor by 10% and

opened up 25% of the plant's floor space.

. Trained hundreds of associates in Lean Manufacturing to reduce cost of

Directed the activities of Maintenance, Tooling, Engineering,

Managed a budget of $5.6MM each year and a 25% plant expansion project

. Developed plans for installation and launch of three new product lines

simultaneously using a team of 9 salaried associates and 64 hourly

skilled trades.
