Job profile 1. Ensure ethical behavior & Code of Conduct is strictly followed by both
the Vendors &Bank employees.
2. To find and put temporary block on NPA customers’ ICICI Bank Savings
accounts and provide a possibility of settlement against credit card dues.
3. Preparing Weekly MIS on no. of active Liability accounts with funds or
regular transactions in previous six months.
4. Handling the bucket of 0-365+
5. Skip tracing through bank’s customer database, card application form and
cheque payment history, if available.
6. Responsible for monitoring and achieving the Collections target.
7. Agency management for Telecalling pool through a team of Telecallers,
Supervisors & FOS for payment pick-up.
8. Dealing with walk-in customers with a view to settle card accounts and
unblock Liability accounts.
9. Checking payment files on daily basis for discrepant entries/bounce
payments.
10. Continuous feedback given to Sr. Manager on high balance cases.
