the products evolved over the years I worked with other high end network

products as required.

Regional Telecommunications Manager ( March 1982 to February 1991 )

I was one of 15 managers handling Kaiser regions around the United States

and we were required to follow all standards for the Health Plan operation

with the home office being located in Oakland California. My region

consisted of 22 facilities in three states which were made up with health

centers, administrative offices and warehouses. We provided 24x7 support

to all locations and users for voice and data hardware and network needs.
