The goal is to completely redesign and improve the current intranet

environment so that it will enable communication to its diverse and growing

contacts, internal announcements, documentation and forms to DELL

Employees. DELL intranet Portal also leverages the inherent security and

access control mechanisms provided by SharePoint to restrict access by
