RV Service Dept Manager
05/2013 - 09/2014 Apache Camper Center Bellevue, NE
First line contact with customers of the service department. This included scheduling appointments,
coordinating with both the warranty and parts departments to ensure all needed repair items were
available. Coordinate with the sales department to ensure sold campers were prepped, repaired
where needed, delivered and demonstrated to the purchaser when scheduled. Assist both the techs
and prep personnel when needed. Move and secure customer units and new campers upon arrival.
Maintain shop supply inventory to ensure needed cleaning supplies were on hand when needed.
Meet with the owner of the dealership and the general manager to assist in any other needed services
within the dealership.

During my time with Firestone I held many positions. I started as a lead technician, was promoted to
the service manager's position, promoted again to retail store manager, served in the education
department as new teammate orientation educator and also taught tech service classes. Promoted to
assistant district manager for 8 years and closed my career as retail store manager. During my time
as assistant district manager my duties included being the controller for 30 retail locations covering 4
states. Additional duties in this position included counting and reconciling the inventories of these
stores, teaching the administrative classes to begin the training of future store managers. I was also
the district safety coordinator, holding safety meetings and performing in store inspections and
education. Additional duties as ADM were to respond to and work with corporate claims and legal
departments, as well and the zone and corporate offices.
As store manager I was responsible for the day to day operation of one retail location. This was to
include the hiring and termination of staff, customer care, inventory management, and the profitability
of my assigned location. I successfully ran four stores during my career.
