Although I have an extensive background in customer service. I am seeking

As both a Unit Clerk and Patient Care Tech. I worked the Nursing station on

Assisted in training unit clerks in both Med/Surg and Day Surgery units.

Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of confidential patient

health records. Manage paperwork such as patient history forms, and admission

and discharge documents. Order supplies, answer telephones and patient call
