Functionality merge – although on v600, the business wanted some functionality

from v300. Led the custom development for both versions to co-exist.

New UI based on html and htmlb which interfaces with standard E-Recruiting

logic. The framework of e-Recruiting is based on UI being separate from

Business Logic. So, it is technically possible to customize the UI to have a html

page and not just the standard provided UI.
