Research Work/Future Research Interest May 2014
My research work entails critiquing an article titled “Central Office Administrators Support
principals ‘development as instructional leaders” examine the usefulness of principals in
executing their roles as instructional leaders and working intensively with job embedded
principals. This article investigates an in-depth contemporary case review of the gap and
findings that existed evidence by a deepened content knowledge and comparative work the
central office administrators implemented in three districts leaning towards principals’
instructional leadership support.
My Future research interest is to pursue a PHD in behavior/Gerontology. This will pave way
for my indebt understanding and specialization in the field of behavior.
