. Effectively Involved in cost reduction activities of B02A and L02B

. Identified cost reduction Idea about Air filter caution label and

Worked on different engines variants of Qashqai for Air intake system

development

Working on design and development of Air intake system from the

concept phase

3. NEXT GENERATION MICRA (B02E)

Developing the concept Air intake system for Next generation Micra

which carries four engines. This project involves the concept of developing

Air intake as common module for Renault and Nissan as an Alliance strategy.

4. ALLIANCE COMMON STANDARD

To make common Nissan and Renault design standards for the

development of Air intake system. This is for future strategy planning

between Renault and Nissan.

Responsibilities:

. Preparing Concept designs of Air intake system to fix the part

performance targets by simulation.

. Preparing RFQ Technical files and Technical Judgment reply of RFQ

. Develop and review design prototypes, perform prototype testing

with test section and finalize product design to facilitate mass

production.

. Prepare technical judgments reports for Engine project management

to decide the project specifications.

. Layout confirmation of parts in collaboration with vehicle

packaging team

. Design releases for various stages of development form Prototype to

Production

. Design Reviews, DRBFM and Risk assessment analysis for new designs
