hospital. This application enables the healthcare entity to utilize Total

Hospital Information System and manage information across the entire

enterprise, regardless of source application or system. Thus, output,

virtually from any system in the healthcare enterprise can be collected and

organized for secure storage and online retrieval.

iLifeDMR is a windows based application developed in .net [C#] as front

end and SQL server. It automates and simplifies the patient record

documentation, storage and retrieval process. Also, it can increase patient

safety by consolidating all patient information in one record; streamline

administrative and patient care activities; improve documentation and care

providers (Health care management) to securely and efficiently share
