09/2009 - Present

Reporting to the president I am responsible for Product Management, Product

Marketing and MARCOM with a group of three marketing individuals. I

developed our annual marketing plan and budget. I have significantly

improved the marketing strategy by implementing industry and customer

classification methods that have improved our ability to reach target

markets with meaningful messages. I optimized our website using SEO

methods which has resulted in significantly greater hits and higher

rankings in organic searches. I am currently redesigning the PR and

board a restructure and development plan to leverage the company's
