• Trained 80+ Starbucks end users to use the IT application from store begin to store end
• Interacted with Starbucks partners nationwide and resolved 700+ complex and high severity POS
application and backend server issues
• Automated and redesigned the weekly activity of Point of Sales mapping between local and
common server, eliminating the risk of duplicate data entry and reducing team effort by 2 hours
